3.1 7-Day Quality Return Window

If your package arrives damaged, or if a jar undergoes a leak during transit across the territory, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. To process your request efficiently, please provide a clear photograph of the damaged jar or broken seal alongside your order number.

3.2 Hygiene & Food Safety Exclusions

To maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards for our food community, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any pickle jars that have been unsealed, opened, or partially consumed after delivery.

3.3 Refund Distribution Timeline

Once your return request is verified by our quality control hub, refunds are credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days. Return shipping arrangements for verified transit damage will be fully managed and covered by ZestJar.
